Pd $5 for 50 bucks to join parrothead, but it won't let me?

I paid $5.00 for 50 bucks to join being a parrothead, but it will not let me. I then bought an additional 20 bucks thinking maybe it didn't recognize the 'bucks' but still nothing. Help? I do not have Facebook and I am playing the offline version but should that matter? Any help would be appreciated!

The same thing happened to me. I've opened 2 support requests and have yet to receive a response. I feel like I've wasted $15.

If you are playing offline you cannot join. Parrothead membership is for online players only.
