Iguana Shoals Building Upgrade Order
Is it absolutely necessary to upgrade the buildings in the order specified by Hector? I'd like to upgrade all the cabanas first because their payout is greater, however I don't know if that will affect completion of further missions. The other buildings have a higher dollar amount at each payout time, but they only pay out every 4 or 6 hours.

No, it doesn't affect the completion of any further missions. You can build an upgrade whatever you like, and when the mission comes up, if you have already built or upgraded, it will complete that part for you. Fins up!
