Cant talk to freddy fishsticks to finish harmonica part 1
I have found all 61 pieces of the harmonica. it now tells me to talk to freddy fishsticks but when i click on him he keeps saying "Lafeet is the biggest party pirate of them all. infiltrating the party pirate HQ will be no easy task, but the harmonica of destiny is well worth it." it will not finish out the quest and give me the 2nd part. is this a bug in the game? please help!!

I'm having the same problem someone please help the arrow is even pointing to him but hes saying that same thing is there something im not doing please help!

Can any one answer this problem about not bein able to move on after talkin to freddy fishsticks.. i tried many things, waited a day, refreshed, went back to lefeets cave, upgraded boat etc, nothing is working HELP!
