You have to have the following pokemon: level 10-12 jigglypuff--or anything that knows sing and is of rather quick speed--and abra. first you must go defeat nugget bridge then catch an abra. after you must go to where the trainer is in the grassy patches are. save before entering because you might mess up. then go to the range where the trainer can see you and quickly press start before he has the exclamation mark come up. then teleport using abra. the trainer will pop up with the notification but you will teleport off to cerulean city. the go back and walk through the nugget bridge and mew should attack you. have lots of pokeballs for he is rather hard to catch. sing would be useful but you must be faster. that's how its done
