Its hard to get the nature you want, but if you look for a single high stat, then theres a greater chance of getting that lone stat, but it may result badly for a stat you may want.the best choices for kyogre are either timid or modest.
the best choices for groudon are either hasty or neutral and just for the fun of it, rayquaza's are either neutral or adamant/modest depending on which moves you teach it, for instance, if you teach it extremespeed and other physical attacks, go with adamant. if you teach it dragon pulse and other special moves, go with modest. if you like to mix it up, go neutral. those are the easiest to get, anyway.
