When do you get the three dresses in petz vet

I've gotten all 3 dresses only once out of the 10 times I've ever played it :) The first one you get is when you start the game, the next one is when you pass your exam and the cute one with the pawprints I really don't know! I've been trying to figure it out but I guess you just have to ace all the diagnosis of the pets
