kyogre (trade from sapphire)
groudon (end of game)
latias (found randomly in sapphire, runs after one turn)
latios (found randomly on any route, flees after one turn)
regice (in secret tomb near dewford)
regirock (in secret tomb near lavaridge)
registeel (in secret tomb near safari zone)
rayquaza (left of pacifidlog town)
no jirachi or deoxys.
