Where can i find raikou
I got entei and suicance but i didnt even see the raikou through the game. anyone can help me

Its random....thats really it. you just have to be lucky. i'm fairly certain it won't show up in kanto and when you do encounter it you can check the current location in the pokedex. it will often move if you move near it (includes flying). get some repels and a pokemon at or above lv. 40 that way when you do wind up in the area you can find raikou w/o getting stopped by a rattata. also, mean look is helpful (especially when paired with golbat/crobat, high speed is crucial). and from what i remember raikou only shows up in grass. just roam johto until you encounter him, and when you do, you can figure out if you need to move on or if he's in the area.
