Keyman won't hand Baffle Key to me with Drack in my team!

Hi, I've read pretty much any single faq, walkthrough and so but I cannot get Baffle Key. Finished lonely world, got a Drack, pushed it to level 20 or more, put it on the first place in my party, and the Key Appraiser still doesn't notice! Anybody to help? Thanks!
