How do i capture pokemon wthout the masterbal but still catch it without fail

Sorry, but it's impossible unless you get a Master Ball. Once you get one,[ look at the hint in the question how to get a premium ball and read alexis#1master's answer to get a master ball.] Once you do obtain a M-ball, use it on your first pokemon's move and on your second pokemon's move, switch it with any other type of ball so you dont waste your M-ball. Then, you can use the cheat to catch pokemon without fail, and none of your balls will be wasted[ note that you cannot use the cheat if you have one pokemon out at a time].
