Can I have another child at the game ?!
I read that I can have another child in harvest moon : a wonderful life .. but is true that I can have another child at the game ?!

No. You only get one. A boy or a girl.

To get a girl, go to harvest sprites home by eat the mushroom near the tree(where harvest sprite live). In the harvest sprite home, find 3 pots. If you found it,go and check it until you see the pot say "you win", after you see that, go to harvest sprite(red clothing) and he told you "what do you want" if you want a daughter select daughter. Note:do this chapter 1 spring 7th - 10th of spring, then come again if winter 10th and ask to harvest sprite(red clothing) then check the pot again
