Play 700 rounds of vs mode or play for 20 hours nonstop of vs mode with one controller. 10 hours with two controllers. 6 hours and 70 minutes with three controllers. 5 hours with four controllers. if you are looking to unlock all stages then do the 700 vs mode because you earn 4 stages by the time you play 200. also if you want all trophies you earn the food trophy at 1000 rounds of playing vs mode. if you don't care about the stages or trophies then the most used tip is to set the time to noun and keep it on over night then once 20 or 10 or 6:70 or 5 hours are up end the round and you should have mewtwo unlocked.
