Problem with inviting the friend

Hi, earlier when i invite my friends to play the game i used to get 15 rubies when they reach the level 7 but these days i don't get the rubies. My friends says when they accept my invitation the not opening (complete blank on the screen), so what to do now. please suggest thank you
