Bosses and crate events

I am having trouble with bosses past lvl 15 . Can't beat them unless I lvl up midway thru fight. Also I end up with like 200+ unopened crates and I enen set timer to open them?

All those cases and bombs you get are crap. They just waste your money. Every hour I select FREEEEE and usually end up with a ton. Why not trade for guns cars etc the way it is now waste of time.
