How do you propose cheap?

Hi! I got this Quest to marry someone, but they only want the annoying ring for 10 LP. The other ones just don't work! Is there any way to propose cheap? One is villian, other is artist.

Not really but you can earn your LP's quick if you skip time through your devive's settings. I know how you feel.
