How to buy wallpaper and floor
My mission is to buy 60 simoleons worth of floor and wallpaper but I can't buy the tab for it? I could do it at the start of the game but now I can't? Does anyone know where it is or where to go to find it?

Go to build mode with the pic. Of the house go to floor.

Go in the store. There is an icon labeled "house." on the bottom left corner. Click that. There you can buy wallpaper and floors, new roof designs and doors. You can also expand rooms.
