Seems the game gets you stuck at some quests, pretty much requiring you to buy the items with gems.

I have upgraded knocked them down and rebuilt and no sign of a parcel stupid game :-)

Build 3 huts and fancy huts if you don't have them already. Then upgrade them once built. As they build and upgrade and generate cash the parcels arrive quickly. Maybe 30 minutes without using crystals.
