How long to get the last lightbulb

Any one managed to get the last light bulb from the bathysphere yet? I have been searching for close on to a week (three time a day minimum) but still no sign. I have built the bath house but stuck on the light house.

Keep collecting socail points until you reach the next level, an easy way of doing this is build columms. Once you reach the next level of play the light bulb can be found.
