How to stop the lizard at racing reptile mission and what is the big machine at the park pls answer. what i have to do?

I'm having real problems with that one too. Despite the fact that I'm at a level 40 Spider-man with every single upgrade (combat, running, strength, etc), the glass pane on the IPad, coupled with all the trees and other crap in the way, I don't have the agility to "run" where I want to run. Grrrr!
I wish I had a REAL joystick.

Best way that I found when I beat it, is to have a plan of where to run instead of necessarily follwing straight behind him... You DONT need to waste time jumping. As long as you are close to the light posts when you run by, you will get the extra time. Keep at it!!

Best way to do it is not to follow the lizard but follow the things that add time. First you run then web zip from light post to light post
