You need to first unlock the ability circle throw. Most moves need to started with general combos. While The wall-crawler is still punching, tap the web button. This will perform web bind. The next thing to do is hold down web. This will activate drop and throw. Spiderman will body slam the baddie over his head. The next thing to do is to tap web again. If the bad guy has any hp left spiderman should spin the guy at the end of his web, thus hitting anyone in range. The problem maybe that little thugs die to easily to pull it off. All combos seems to be about when to attack in the basic combo routine. Try holding attack after the kicks and tapping attack to activate the bottom branch of power moves.
