Angles not right
Whenever my ship goes to full speed it turns right yet the angle is zero.. What Happened?

It's because of the waves, if you have a larger stability it helps

The angle is not about if your ship turns or not its about the tilt of the ship. Btw i have the same problem.

You need to have an equal amount of ballast on both sides, i had the same problem and i noticed i had deleted a 1/2 ballast. I put it back in and bingo it was fine

If there is something on one side that is not the same on the other side then it will turn... Plane and simple

If the ship is fast and small, then that always happened since you are going at a fast speed at a very short amount of time. Try pulling the lever thing (for speed) up slowly or don't go at max speed
