Magical net is missing

I cannot beat Tuya because I don't have a magical net. This is apparently given by Isis in the PC version but she does not give it to me on the I pad

I have the same problem. I am taught the magical net with the priest... Unsing the wind... But the game does not let me use this. Ipad glitch?
