How do get more mallets and purple tickets?

If you grow or make the most yourself for your missions on the boatquest.. Mining and producing bars, you have to get TNT, Silver,gold or platinum, then produce the bar, if you find or win TNT without any help or buying it, and make it 100% yourself you'll get golden ticket, purple is sometimes at 100% and some times at 75% of the work or the quest.
