How do you refresh a friend's barn in order to open a locked red toolbox without using your diamonds?

He doesn't mean refresh barn. He meant FARM. And to do that you just have to click on that persons farm icon again. (If its a friend) and do it quickly. If its not a friend I think you have to find him in the newspaper again.
