This game Won't load

I have been playing "Oregon Settler" almost non stop for 8-10 weeks now, but I recently installed an update for the game, and now every time I try to start the game I get to the blue "Game Loft" screen then it quits and goes back to my ipad icons. I have tried rebooting the ipad both soft/hard and looking for another update that might fix the problem, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help???
