Yes there is in fact a code I found for Ninja Fred it is: Mystery Box, Psycho dude, An something like a wall with pendants, and Grimmy

The code for fred ninja is:
1. Mystery Box
2. Psychoban (a big beefy guy)
3. A square stone that looks a bit like a face
4. Grimmy
Stick em in the boxes in this order and you get fred ninja if you have an internet connection.
