Where is the mermaid located in Tap Paradise Cove?

The mermaids (there can be lots at any given time) swim around in the waters that surround the islands. You may either see a figure moving in the water and tap on it or sometimes a spout of water (like a whale) that you tap on to bring up the mermaids.
