Hidden area behind tower

I'm at level 50. The final stretch, it says find what's behind the hidden Tower. I go to expand it takes me to hidden area, but it still cloud coverd, I have plenty of coins and rubies but won't open. What do I?

When you tap on it, it should say "complete ? unlock" You have to complete that ? quest to unlock it
