Cannot collect coins
I cannot collect coins from houses or merchants. When I tap a house it says collect in 370 days, the merchants say 371 days. I summited this to pocket Gems. They told me to delete the game then relaunch since I have Game Center. I have done this over and over. Finally it released my explorers that were frozen,when I purchased Rubies to speed them along, that also worked with my ships. I now have explorers and ships. The only merchants I can collect from are ones I built after the freeze. I have spent quite a bit of real money for Rubies,coins, and pearls. I feel like I am being cheated. I told pocket gems their suggestion didn't work but haven't heard back yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate any and all help! Thank you!
