Need more land opened

All land is filled no room for more merchants or houses, Is there an inventory or storage i can put some some stuff in until more land opens up?Game is Getting old just collecting and not getting more land.

Explore more land to get more land ... or have you run out of places to explore? If you still have fog, then you might have to spend Rubies to open some of that up to get more land ....
