How to shoot 20 enemy bullets over time?
I can't seem to shoot any bullets and there may be something I'm not doing. Please help me!

Your bullet has to hit the enemy's bullet

The easiest way to do this is just hold down "fire" button when the rocket men are firing at you and get in their way (jump with them at same level). your bullets should hit theirs and make a twang sound, which means you hit them. you can also do this by firing at the boss' shotgun attacks.
