1 star- 4 happy fish
2 star- 4 ecstatic fish
3 star- 6 ecstatic fish
U make fish happy of ecstatic by checking what they like on their profile

That sums it up pretty much there is no cheat to it

On fish with attitude, there is a legend about 1,2 and 3 stars for your tank. if you click (or tap ) the thing with the slots for the stars, on the left side of that thing, there is the legend. and for a 3- star tank, you must know every fish is ecstatic. you can see the likes, dislikes, and toy if you tap on a fish and click profile. you need 100% tank decor too.
