The more a tank is worth the less a decoration is worth or you can think of it as the higher you get in tanks the harder it gets to decorate it. Hope I answered your question.

I am having the same issue with the tank decor. If it's not 100% decorated, why can I not add more decorations to achieve 100%? None of my tanks have anymore space available, so I can't even dig for anything, unless I plan to sell it. (fyi: I can't buy more tanks, to move things around, because I haven't earned 210,000 coins yes(I'll save that issue for another thread).
Do I need to sell the lower percent decorations and hold out for the higher percentage decorations in order to create a tank with 100% decoration? Or, is it possibly the size of the decorations? I will be grateful for any tips, tricks, cheats, or guidance. Thank you.

If you sell a 2 percent decor u can replace it with a 100 or 200 percent decor You have to have a certain amount of decor the certain amount goes higher, the higher the tank is like let's say that the 1st tank can have up to 10 decor but the 2nd has up to 11 decor and the higher the tank the lower the decor value (FYI the selling price never changes even tho the percentage changes Hope I helped

What I've done for my tanks are that I sell the stuff that are have a smaller percentage then others and wait for my fish to dig up something with a more percentage rate. Now Scorptress I think that you need to sell the stuff that don't have the most percentage because the size of the decoration has nothing to do with the percentage of your tank.
