Level 37 I can't go any further. Please help!
Blue thing hovering above van. Don't know what to do with it. There is a bomb inside and the game keeps telling me to go there. I have done everything else on this level and can't move on. Please help!!! Thank you.

Do you mean free roaming mission number 3? (level 27), sometimes you have to stop a van, to do this, grapple to the van and press an icon like when you set a charge on a car in the disable bane vehicle's missions. it's not very clear to me where you are, sometimes however the game just glitches. this could be one of those things.
