Meteor level impossible to complete!

Anyone any hints on how to do this? Keep killing my doctor and the fire getting out of control!

Concentrate on extinguishing only one or two fires simultaniously, and let the spare firemen cool down the other buildings. Keep the medics away from the crater until the fire in it is extinguished, that is done by a waterbomber/commandcar as soon as the last building is extinguished.
