Stuck on gem page

The page that you buy gems came up and now it's stuck. I can't get it off even after hitting the x to exit the page. I can not access any of the games on that page. How do I exit the gem page?

I had this problem too. Okay it is probably because there is another page that popped up after the gems page. Try to find the x button for that then you should be able to play the game.
