Accessing the oil rig

I don't know what to do inorder to access the oil rig. There seems to be a guardian with a gate. But when I click the guardian guarding the gate, nothing happens. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Work on quest will give you different stuff, eventually when you finish all related quest items, gate keeper disappear & you will received key on gate.

You have to give the gatekeeper 2500 coins and 10 stone tablets. It will come up eventually as a quest. My code is ncab21.
