Where should i place the runway for the plane?
I try everyone near the plane or under it but it is always red.

You need to have a clear space. Later the plane gets moved to the runway. If you're trying to place it under the plane, it will not work. Move some buildings out of the way on your main island, or clean trees and such so there is a space big enough.

You can build it on any clear area. After building it, it will say move plane to runway. Tap on the runway again to get all the material needed to move plane
