First expand to her then find her a study group. It's not that hard but look on quest and try to find it.

You need to complete all the freshman tasks, but in the end you don't get to recruit her. It's just a goal.

First of all you need to build on top if her, then, you will have to find her a study group which is like 1800$ and then, expand two more times, and build a lounge

Unfortunately you cannot recruit her, she is just a quest. The only characters you can recruit are the ones in the "recruit" section. To complete her quest you have to build on TOP of her ;)
