Acctually, it's not possible to get a VIP girl with no diamonds. The VIP I saw on my game costed AT LEAST 35 diamonds. But if you are talking about a celeb, popular, or champion sports winner somthing like that..... it will still cost you diamonds. *trollface*

You can unlock Kim for 10 diamonds, but then you have to host a lot of parties that cost hundreds on diamonds, but then she disappears apparently later so don't recruit her.
