Speed up the factories?

I got a pop up I biting me to speed up my jewel factories by making the wheels turn faster but it did not say how. Has anybody else had this? What do you have to do now?

In the corner you will see >> This speeds up the belts and makes the jewels move faster. I miss more this way and my score goes down. I prefer to go slower and be more accurate. But then again, I still have power ports not in use because of this! Have fun!
