How to search a level 3 library

I have the letters to Agnes quest it tells me to search a level 3 library but when I click in my library it doesn't give me an option to search it any help would be great :-)

Is the library level 3? If it is and you click on it then you have completed the quest. You never "go in the library". Hope this helps.
