Stuck in assassinate kirk tyrrel
Anyone have any idea to shoot this kirk the hired sniper to kill 'me'

You'll have to be more specific. There's many assassin missions in the game. What's the landscape? If Kirk is a sniper, then he's wearing bullet proof vest. You'll need a high powered rifle with an extended clip and a good scope. It's going to require you to take several shots, so if some dude is shooting missiles at you while you are struggling to aim, you might not live long enough to kill him.
There's 2 solutions:
1) kill every one else first, so no one else is shooting at you.
2) move as far forward as the landscape permits, in order to cluster your enemy. Then pop a smoke grenade or flash/bang or whatever it is, to temporarily incapacitate the rest of the enemy forces so that no one else is shooting at you.
