How do you get throwing knives as reward for melee attack? I just get grenades & time slow downs.

Use brass knucles or tactical knive

Thanks. Sucks because I need 10 to pass the Priority Shipping challenge (where need to get 10 throwing knife kills). Don't want to have to pay for the knives. Guess will wait until I get to the level where I can buy the tactical knife.
