1. Obtain the yellow cogwheel, purple cogwheel and memo from the skeleton stuck on the spikes.
2. Obtain the teal cogwheel
3. Tap the corpse and collect the green and red cogwheel
4. Collect the hammer and iron rod
5. Combine the hammer and iron rod. Use the hexagon shaped bar to remove the black cogwheel from the ceiling
6. Check 18,6 and green in the memo
7. The red cogwheel represents 18 for the total number of spokes on the outside and inside of the cogwheel. The black cogwheel represents 6 for the hexagon shape.
8. The green cogwheel is too weak therefore it will break. Combine the yellow and blue cogwheel to make green.
9. Put the cogwheels in order using the memo to start the machine and the door will open
