Get a roar dragon
I have breed my fire and water dragons 7 times and I only get a gold dragon. How do I get a roar dragon?

So has anybody seen this resolved? I don't see much purpose to the game if I can't breed a roar dragon.

The answer is, keep trying. Some of them will be easier to get than others. Getting the dark dragon, for example, took me over 40 tries.
