Didn't Complete a task correctly

When I went to the pig and hound for the corruption in Callaheim quest the two guys I was interrogating tried to kill me so naturally I killed them. Now I cannot complete the quest and game properly. I need help I am so far into this that I can't go back and redo it. Help me.

You press total destruct or those buttons to transport and then you just kick em up so you'll win the games
