Guy I already talked to Verne and sunclaw and sunclaw wont let me enter, and I haven't found a gator carcass which suppodely it gives me sunclaws quest, what should I do?

Find the chest on Drake island. (which is the one that Sunclaw flies you to.) In that chest is an emerald. DO NOT SELL IT. After you have the emerald go to the temple. you should be able to get in after that. The "Gator" which is called a Drake is on the beach to the right of the small village if you you looking at the water. just follow the shoreline. You will find something that kinda looks like a dragon. search it, take the dragon tooth, then go to Sunclaw. then he will give you the quest.
