Scepter of hammera
So i go into azura temple, then i go through parts, pulling levers. But i cannot find any doorway that has anything to do with the scepter, i cant find it

After you open the second door with the lever you find your way to a chest with another key. You go back to the main room you entered and enter it to open the door with bars against it. You enter that room and keep going.
