Where is the gemstone to open the temple of azra??

I understand that it's on drake island somewhere but where??? I swam there once to explore and get a drake mount. There was a chest but don't remember if that was the gemstone. Also I'm sure I sold what ever it was but how do I get it back if that was the case??

U can craft it then. Although the materials are hard to find. a sapphire, a diamond, Superb healing potion, superb energy potion, drakes tooth, and giant rat blood x 25
